(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Homicide Unit has charged 18-year-old Ibrahim OCAL, of Ottawa in the May 2nd stabbing death of a 15-year-old youth in the 100 block of Constellation Drive.
OCAL, who was originally charged with Aggravated Assault and Assault with a weapon by the Criminal Investigations Section, was charged with First degree murder.
He is scheduled to appear in court on May 8th.

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Hate and Bias Crime Unit has charged an individual following a disturbance at a commercial retail establishment in the 700 block of Silver Seven Drive on September 13, 2023.
