If there are injuries, call 911.
If the vehicle(s) is not drivable, call 613-236-1222 so we can assess what needs to happen next.
If there are NO injuries, and the vehicle(s) is drivable, please attend one of our Collision Reporting Centres to file a police report.
Our Collision Reporting Centres are operated by Accident Support Services International Ltd.

Hours of operation and current wait times
Important:
- Exchange information with the other driver(s) before you go to a Collision Reporting Centre.
- You do not have to attend the same Collision Reporting Centre as the other driver(s).
- The driver of your vehicle at the time of the collision must attend the Collision Reporting Centre.
What to bring to a Collision Reporting Centre:
- The vehicle involved in the collision
- Vehicle Ownership
- Proof of Insurance
- Driver's Licence
- Information exchanged with the other driver(s)
- Witness information (if applicable)
- Passenger(s) information (if applicable)
