(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Collision Unit Investigators are seeking witnesses to a serious collision that occurred on Sunday, May 29th, 2022.
At approximately 4:05pm, Frontline patrol officers responded to a collision on Aviation Parkway at Montreal Road involving a grey Honda Civic sedan and a yellow Harley Davidson motorcycle.

(Ottawa) – On November 7th, 2021, the RCMP V-Division asked the Ottawa Police Service (OPS) to conduct a criminal investigation into an incident that occurred over the two-day period of November 6th and 7th, 2021 in Rankin Inlet.
A member of the community suffered fatal injuries when he was shot by an RCMP officer who was engaged in a prolonged interaction with a male armed with a rifle and a shotgun.

(Ottawa) — Today, the Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse (SACA) Section charged an Ottawa man following an investigation into an allegation of Sexual assault at a Massage therapy clinic.
In March 2022, an investigation was commenced into an incident that occurred in mid-January, involving the owner of the clinic located in the 2300 block of St-Laurent Boulevard, who sexually assaulted a client during treatment.

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service maintained enhanced operations in the most storm-affected areas of the City last night.
Uniformed patrols were increased in most affected areas and will continue.

Magnet Fishers and Police Dive Team Recover Gun in Green’s Creek

A magnet fishing mother and son team discovered a rifle in Green’s Creek last week that was recovered by the Ottawa Police Marine and Dive team.
Nathan Sirois, 12, was magnet fishing with his mom, Melanie, on May 13 when their line caught something unexpected.
