Guns and Gangs investigates two related shots fired incidents on Wednesday

(Ottawa) – The Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating after shots were fired at a residence on Montreal Road and on Grafton Crescent on February 23rd.
At about 10:35pm, Frontline patrol officers responded to a call about shots fired in the 2000 block of Montreal Road. Shell casings were found. There were no reports of injuries or damage to property. While there, officers believed they heard gun shots elsewhere.

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse (SACA) Unit is releasing vehicle photos to get public assistance in identifying the suspect of a sexual assault that occurred on February 19.
The victim got into the suspect’s vehicle in the 200 block of Montreal Road and was driven to a parking lot about a kilometre away. She was forcibly confined in the vehicle, strangled, and sexually assaulted.

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Traffic Collision Investigation Unit is seeking the public’s help to identify the driver and vehicle involved in a hit and run collision on February 13th that critically injured a 13-year-old girl.
The collision happened at 3:46pm as a vehicle traveling westbound on Meadowlands Drive struck a pedestrian.
A vehicle of interest being sought is described as a black, 2006-2011 Honda Civic two-door coupe

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Collision Unit Investigators are seeking witnesses to a fatal collision that occurred on February 18th, 2022.
