Fatal collision on Bank Street near Parkway Road, police seeking witnesses

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Fatal Collision Unit is seeking witnesses to a fatal collision involving a pedestrian that occurred last night on Bank Street.
At approximately 5:15 pm, police were called to Bank Street south of Parkway Road in response to a collision involving a driver having struck a pedestrian.
The 47-year-old female pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene.
