(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating a targeted shooting.
At approximately 6:15pm on March 24th, frontline patrol officers responded to a call about a shooting in the 1-100 block of San Remo Private, where a bullet had caused damage to a house. Responding officers found shell casings on site. No one was injured.

(Ottawa) — Since the start of the pandemic, the proportion of racialized members of the community who have experienced an increase in harassment or attacks based on their race, ethnicity, or skin colour has increased compared to the rest of the population.
