(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Central Criminal Investigation Section has charged a man with multiple charges after several separate incidents yesterday afternoon in the downtown area that left at least three people with injuries.
Police were called to a building on Catherine Street at approximately 2:30 pm for a man causing a disturbance. Upon police arrival, the suspect had already fled the area.

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a bank robbery that occurred on January 10th in the 700 block of Baseline Road.
At approximately 2:05 pm, the lone suspect entered the bank, brandished a black handgun and demanded money. He then went behind the teller stations and left the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police East Criminal Investigation Section has charged two youth in relation to an assault with a weapon at Hillcrest High School yesterday morning that left two victims with serious injuries.
A 16-year-old male of Ottawa, has been charged with:
- Aggravated assault

- Possession of a weapon dangerous to the public
