(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Homicide Unit has arrested Ahmed SIYAD in relation to the May 28th, 2021 homicide of Abdulaziz Abdullah and Mohamed Abdullah.
SIYAD, who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, was located and arrested by the Regina Police Service.
He will appear in court today and has been charged with First Degree Murder, and Attempted Murder.

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating a shooting that occurred yesterday afternoon at approximately 1:20pm on Highway 417 West bound between the Metcalfe Street and Parkdale Avenue exits.
