(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating two separate shootings that occurred on February 9th, 2021.
At approximately 12:15am, Frontline patrol officers responded to a call about gunshots heard in the area of Macy Boulevard. Responding officers did not locate property damage, nor was anyone with injuries located in that area.

Shooting investigation on Continental Avenue - police seeking witnesses

(Ottawa) – Today, Frontline Patrol Officers responded to a call for service at approx. 10:30am about a possible firearm discharge that occurred overnight resulting in property damage to a home in the 600 block of Continental Avenue. There were no injuries reported.
The Guns and Gangs Unit is now leading the investigation and believe the shooting was a targeted incident.
