On December 5,2022, the Ottawa Police Service West Criminal Investigations Unit charged an Ottawa man following an investigation into allegations of Fraud, Theft and Possessing Stolen Property.

Public assistance sought to identify Sexual Assault suspect

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is looking for the public’s help to identify a suspect in a sexual assault that occurred in the evening of December 1st, 2022.
Between the hours of 9:30pm and 11:00pm, the victim was inside an apartment building in the area of Maclaren Street and Metcalfe Street. The victim was approached by an unknown male and sexually assaulted.
The suspect is described as a white male, between 23-29 years...
