(Ottawa) — The Robbery Unit is looking for public assistance to identify a man involved in a Robbery in the 300 block of McArthur Avenue on August 5th, 2021.
At approximately 5:30am, a lone man entered a business armed with a knife, threatened the cashier and took an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register. The cashier did not sustain any injuries.

(Ottawa) — The East Criminal Investigations Unit is seeking the public’s help in identifying two individuals involved in the theft of a motor vehicle from a private sale late last month.
On July 28th, 2021, the owner of the vehicle met with a potential buyer in Osgoode for his 2011 white Dodge Ram 2500. The owner had listed his truck for sale on social media platforms.

An alert Ottawa resident who called police when she saw something out of place ensured a wandering boy was found safe.

(Ottawa) — The Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating a shooting that occurred yesterday evening in the area of Manotick Station Road and Herbert’s Corners Road.
At approximately 7:20 pm on August 11th, 2021, Frontline Officers responded to a call for shots fired.
