Shooting Investigation 2000 block of Walkley Rd

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Tuesday, September 10, 2024 11:50 p.m.
(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating a shooting in the 2000 block of Walkley Rd that occurred this evening. Police responded to calls of a shooting in the area at about 8:50 p.m. The investigation found one person suffering from a gunshot wound that required medical attention in hospital. Their condition remains stable.
