(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Organized Fraud Unit is advising the public to be extra vigilant when being asked to pay for a service with a credit or bank card in exchange of money.

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Hate and Bias Crime Unit has charged an individual following a series of mischief to property incidents across the city of Ottawa in March of this year.

(Ottawa)— The Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating a shooting that occurred in the 1000 block of Bank St. early this morning. Police responded to calls of a shooting at Lansdowne Park, at approximately 2:20 a.m. The investigation found several bullet casings on the ground, but no reports of injuries. (Ottawa) – Ottawa Police have arrested and charged a 24 year-old man after an incident Wednesday evening.
On Wednesday, August 7th, 2024, at approximately 9:25 pm, officers responded to a call at Central Park Drive after a woman was approached and grabbed by an unknown man wearing a shirt over his head outside of her apartment building.
While the man was attempting to pull the woman away, witnesses came to her assistance and called police.
