(Ottawa) – Frontline Officers responded to a commercial robbery in the 600 block of Somerset Street West, on April 17, 2020.
At approximately 1:40pm, a man, disguised with a surgical mask, entered into a financial institution and presented the teller with a note demanding cash. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Officers who attended a home for a suicide attempt in mid-March decided on their own to check in with the family to see how they were doing. Their kindness both surprised and comforted the family in a time of need.

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating a shooting that occurred in the 1-100 block of Bayshore Drive last evening at approximately 9:48pm.
A resident called 911 to report that someone was shooting at his residence. The suspect then fled the area.
Frontline responded and located a hole in the residence’s window consistent with a bullet being fired at the residence. No one was located with injuries.

(Ottawa)– Ottawa Police Frontline officers responded to a call concerning a man who had just been stabbed in the 1000 block of Donald Street on Sunday, April 12 at approximately 8:14pm.
