Man arrested for filming in Ottawa washroom, police seeking additional victims

(Ottawa) — During the evening of December 14, 2024, the Ottawa Police Service responded to a business located in the 1-100 block of Elgin Street for reports of a man filming females inside the public washroom.
An arrest was made; however, there is a concern that there may be further victims who have not yet been identified by police.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Central Investigations Unit at 613-236-1222 ext. 5166.

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing 15-year-old Torrence Dupuis who was last seen at her home in the Elmvale Acres area on November 4.
Torrence is described as a white female, 5’3” (160 cm), slim build, with short pink hair, blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater/hoodie, black pants, brown puffy winter coat, grey/black Nike slides, and black Puma backpack (see photos).
