Assault investigation—help us identify this woman
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Monday, March 17, 2025 1:32 p.m.
(Ottawa) — This woman is suspected of committing an assault at the Marketplace bus station in the area of Greenbank Road and Marketplace Avenue, on February 27th at approximately 3:50 pm.
While the victim was waiting for the bus the suspect approached and began punching and kicking them. The suspect then left the area on foot towards Marketplace Avenue.
The suspect is described as a White woman, 30-40 years old, approximately 5’7” with a slim build. At the time of the incident, she was seen wearing a grey or green winter jacket, purple tuque and brown boots. She was also carrying a backpack and blue shopping bag.
