Drugs and cash seized following warrant execution, Baseline Road

(Ottawa) — In February, the Ottawa Police Service Street Crime Unit began an investigation into a man alleged to be trafficking drugs throughout Ottawa.

After an extensive investigation, a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant was executed in the 800 block of Baseline Road on April 19, 2023.

Cocaine, fentanyl, and over 6000 pills of various controlled drugs were seized, as well as $4,600 in Canadian Currency.

Joshua LESLIE, 22, of Ottawa, has been charged with several drug trafficking offences. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
