Investigators seeking witnesses to a fatal collision on Fallowfield Road

(Ottawa) —The Ottawa Police Service Fatal Collision Unit Investigators are seeking witnesses to a fatal collision that occurred on Friday, February 24^th.

At approximately 8:15 pm, officers were called to the intersection of Fallowfield and Conley Roads in response to a collision involving two vehicles.

A 58-year-old man succumbed to critical injuries suffered in the collision.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage of this incident and have not yet spoken to police.
