Investigators seeking witnesses to a serious collision on Regional Road 174

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Tuesday, February 14, 2023      12:30 pm 

(Ottawa) – Investigators in the Ottawa Police Service Fatal Collision Unit are seeking witnesses to a serious motor vehicle collision that occurred on February 13, 2022. 

At approximately 4:40 pm, officers were called to Regional Road 174 east of Trim Road in response to a two-vehicle collision. Ottawa Fire Services pulled both drivers for their respective vehicles.

Both drivers sustained serious injuries, and one of them remains in hospital.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage of this incident and have not yet spoken to police.
