Investigators seeking witnesses to fatal collision in the City’s West-End

(Ottawa) —The Ottawa Police Service Fatal Collision Unit Investigators are seeking witnesses to a fatal pedestrian-vehicle collision that occurred on December 13, 2022. 

At approximately 7:15 am, officers were called to the intersection of Woodroffe Ave and Longfields Dr in response to a collision involving a pedestrian. A 24-year-old man succumbed to critical injuries suffered in the collision.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage of this incident and have not yet spoken to police.
