Join us this Friday for the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics: Freezin’ for a Reason!

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service invites you to join us at the Annual Polar Plunge for Special Olympics taking place at TD Place on Friday, March 1st, in partnership with the Ontario Law Enforcement Torch Run (OLETR).
The Polar Plunge takes place in several cities across Canada and raises much-needed funds for the athletes and families of Special Olympics Ontario.
Special Olympic athletes range from children to adults with intellectual disabilities. Sports and training programs are only possible through funds raised through initiatives like the Polar Plunge.
Registration is open at 5:30 PM at Gate 1 of TD Place, opening remarks at 6:15 pm, and plunges start at 6:30 PM!
