Male suspect to identify following a Robbery on Daly Avenue
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Wednesday, January 8, 2020 9:35 am
(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect responsible for a robbery that occurred on December 16, 2019 on Daly Avenue near Stewart Street.
At about 4:20am, a male suspect took a taxi from Bells Corners to Daly Avenue. Once on Daly avenue he produced a knife and demanded money. The taxi driver was not injured.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, in his early 30s, approx. 6’ (183cm), 175-185lbs (79-84kg) with short hair and a short beard (see photos).
