Man charged with Sexual Assault - police seeking other victims

(Ottawa) — Today, the Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse (SACA) Section charged an Ottawa man following an investigation into an allegation of Sexual assault at a Massage therapy clinic. 

In March 2022, an investigation was commenced into an incident that occurred in mid-January, involving the owner of the clinic located in the 2300 block of St-Laurent Boulevard, who sexually assaulted a client during treatment. 

Akram ELMURADI, 44 years old, of Ottawa is charged with one count of Sexual assault and one count of Obstructing Police. 

SACA investigators are concerned there could be other victims.
