Man charged with sexual assaults on OC Transpo, police seeking other victims

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service East Criminal Investigation Section has charged a man following multiple sexual assaults on OC Transpo buses since September 1^st.

Between September 1^st and October 22^nd, the man approached multiple women on different bus routes, often when there was only standing room available on the bus. He would then get close to the victim and rub his genitals on them or touch them inappropriately.

Yesterday, Murray WALL, 65-years-old, of Ottawa was arrested and has been charged with:

• Sexual assault x2

He is scheduled to appear in court later today.

Investigators believe that there may be other incidents and are seeking further victims.
