Man wanted following shooting at Montreal Road and Bradley Street

(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service is looking for public assistance to locate wanted suspect Adil OMER following a shooting on November 21, 2015 at Montreal Road and Bradley Street.

OMER is described as a Black male, 32 years old, 6’ (183cm), 205lbs (93kg) (see picture.) He is considered armed and dangerous. Please do not approach him, contact police.

Male Shot at Montreal Road and Bradley Street

(Ottawa)— At approximately 10:30PM on November 21^st, 2015, the Ottawa Police Service responded to a shooting at Montreal Road and Bradley Street. When uniformed officers arrived they located a male victim who had been shot in the lower leg. 

Further investigation revealed that an unidentified black male, in his early 20’s and wearing a suit, had fired multiple rounds from a semi-automatic handgun at the victim while he was trying to run away. The male victim, who is known to the Guns and Gangs Unit, was hit at least once. The victim is not cooperating with investigators and the shooting is believed to be gang related.
