Man wanted for threats and mischief

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service East Criminal Investigations Section is seeking public assistance in locating wanted person Ross PORTER.

There are safety concerns for victims.

PORTER, 18 years old, of Ottawa, remains at large. He is wanted on a First Instance Warrant for mischief to property and for disguising himself with the intent to commit the mischief.

He is also wanted for uttering threats, and other mischief related offences.

PORTER is described as a white male, 5’7” (170 cm), 146 lbs (66 kgs), long brown hair, and may have facial hair.

If you see PORTER, do not approach him, call 911.
