Missing 15-year-old youth may be in the Toronto area

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing 15-year-old Torrence Dupuis who was last seen at her home in the Elmvale Acres area on November 4.
Torrence is described as a white female, 5’3” (160 cm), slim build, with short pink hair, blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater/hoodie, black pants, brown puffy winter coat, grey/black Nike slides, and black Puma backpack (see photos).
Investigators believe that she is in the Toronto area.
Anyone who may have information as to the whereabouts of Torrence is asked to call the Ottawa Police at 613-236-1222.
