Police seeking witnesses to a fatal collision on Carling Avenue

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Collision Unit Investigators are seeking witnesses to a serious collision that occurred on October 5^th at the intersection of Carling Avenue and Scrivens Street. 

At approximately 8:45 am, Frontline patrol officers responded to a collision involving a black Honda Accord and a pedestrian. The pedestrian, a woman in her 60s, was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. She succumbed to her injuries yesterday.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage of this incident and have not yet spoken to police.
