Police seeking witnesses to a fatal collision on Hunt Club Road

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Monday, February 28, 2022     3:10 pm 

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Collision Unit Investigators are seeking witnesses to a fatal collision that occurred on February 26^th, 2022. 

At approximately 11:05pm, Frontline patrol officers responded to a collision at the intersection of Hunt Club Road and Malak Street involving a 2020 grey Subaru WRX and a 2016 black Land Rover Range Rover.

The 32-year old male driver of the Subaru and 32-year old male passenger were pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Land Rover suffered minor injuries.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or assisted emergency responders or may have dashcam footage of this incident and have not yet spoken to police.
