Public assistance sought to identify two Sexual Assault suspects

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is looking for the public’s help to identify two suspects in a sexual assault that occurred late on August 15th into the early morning hours on August 16.
At about 11 pm, the victim was walking in the area of Cedar Creek Drive and Hillman Marsh Way. Two males approached the victim on the pathway between Cedar Creek Drive and the back of Findley Creek Shopping Centre on Bank Street. The victim was sexually assaulted.
The two suspects were described as male, possibly 24-35 years old.
Investigators are asking anyone who witnessed something suspicious in the area between 11 pm and 2 am, or a resident with a security camera, to contact the Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault Child Abuse Section at 613-236-1222, extension 5944.
