Search Warrant Leads to Arrest in Child Pornography Investigation

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) has arrested a man in connection to a child pornography investigation.
On October 26, the Ottawa Police Service ICE Unit arrested 67-year-old Dennis WOOD for unlawful possession of child pornography. A search warrant was executed at a residence in Ottawa where the accused resided. He is being charged with unlawful possession of child pornography x 2 as well as making child pornography material x 1. Additional evidence was seized, and additional charges are expected.
The accused appeared in court this morning.
