Seeking public assistance to identify a man in the hospital, police releasing a photo
(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service is seeking public assistance to identify a man who is in the hospital, unconscious. He was brought to the hospital on July 2nd after suffering a medical emergency near the Rideau Canal, at Rideau Street and Colonel By Drive at approximately 2:30 am.
The man is described as a white male, between 30 and 40 years old, about 5’9” (175) and 190lbs (86kg), with short brown hair. He was wearing black shoes, black shorts and a white t-shirt. He was not carrying any identification.
The man has two distinctive tattoos, both on his right forearm (see photo).
