Seeking to identify a person of interest in Mackay Street robbery

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa police Service Robbery Unit is seeking the public’s help to identify a person of interest regarding a robbery which occurred on April 11, 2019 at 5:20pm in the 100 block of Mackay Street.
A group of males lured a victim into a residence, took their personal belongings while armed with knives and fled the area once the robbery was completed.
Investigators are seeking the public’s help in identifying a person of interest.
The person of interest is described as a black male, in his early 20’s, wearing a Roots track suit, white Jordan running shoes, about 6’ (183 cm) tall (See attached pictures.)
