Seeking witnesses and video footage of the Meadowlands Drive shooting

(Ottawa)— Ottawa Police Guns and Gangs investigators are seeking witnesses in relation to the shooting in the 1300 block of Meadowlands Drive that occurred this past Wednesday.
If you were in the area, including the parking lot of Movati on November 20th between the hours of 5:00am and 6:30am, investigators would like to speak with you.
Likewise, if you have dash cam video or cell phone video footage that was taken during those same hours in the vicinity, investigators would also like to hear from you.

Shooting investigation on Meadowlands Drive
(Ottawa) –This morning at 6:30am, Ottawa Police Service received 911 calls regarding a shooting that took place in the 1300 block of Meadowlands Drive.
Frontline officers attended the area and located a male victim in his 50s suffering from gunshot wounds. A passerby was tending to his injuries. Ottawa Paramedics transported him to hospital in critical conditions. He remains in hospital in critical conditions.
Guns and Gangs Unit continue to investigate. No suspect(s) have been arrested.
