Seeking witnesses in Lorne Avenue Shooting Investigation

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit is seeking the public’s help in an investigation into a shooting in the 1-100 block of Lorne Avenue that occurred on August 29^th at 5:18 pm.

One man was located with non-life-threatening injuries.

There is no suspect in custody.

Investigators are looking to speak to any witnesses who may have information about the shooting, as well as security or dash-cam footage.
