Seeking witnesses in Vanier Parkway collision investigation

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Collision Investigation Unit is investigating a collision that occurred on Vanier Parkway near the Highway 417 Westbound offramp on Thursday, October 15. 

At approximately 11:53pm, Frontline patrol responded to a collision involving a Brown Hyundai Elantra which was involved in a collision with a pedestrian. The pedestrian suffered serious injuries.  He was transported to the hospital and is now in stable condition.

 The driver of the vehicle was not injured. 

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who witnessed or may have dash cam footage of this incident.
