Seeking witnesses in West Hunt Club Road fatal collision investigation

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Tuesday, September 21, 2021  4:45pm

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Collision Investigation Unit is investigating a collision that occurred on West Hunt Club Road approximately 50 metres West of Greenbank Road on September 20^th, 2021.

At approximately 4:45pm, Frontline patrol responded to motor vehicle collision involving three vehicles:  A grey 2020 Subaru Outback, a white 2015 Kenworth dump truck and a white 2008 Chevrolet Silverado.  The Driver of the Silverado, a 31 year old man, was pronounced dead on scene. 

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who witnessed, assisted emergency responders or may have dash cam footage of this incident that have not yet spoken to police.
