Seeking witnesses in York Street Stabbing
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Tuesday, March 22, 2022 10:05 am
(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects responsible for stabbing three men on March 20th, 2022 in the 1-100 block of York Street.
Earlier in the evening, a woman was involved in multiple arguments/confrontations inside an establishment. At approximately 2 am, she and her companions left the premise to sit inside a white vehicle that was parked on Sussex Street. A short time later, a group with whom the woman argued came outside and another altercation started in and around the vehicle. It was at this time the three men were stabbed. All three victims sustained minor injuries.
Investigators would like to speak with anyone who may have information about these incidents.
They are also looking for anyone who may have been in the area at the time or anyone who has dashcam or security footage of the incident.
