Update to collision in Constance Bay: police seeking witnesses

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Fatal Collision Investigation Unit has confirmed that the 16-year-old youth who suffered life-threatening injuries on September 1st in Constance Bay has succumbed to their injuries earlier this week.
Investigators continue to seek witnesses and would like to speak to anyone with doorbell, dash camera or video surveillance footage of the UTV driving around Constance Bay between the hours of 10:00 and 11:15 pm on September 1st, who has not already spoken to police, to contact the Fatal Collisions Unit at 613-236-1222, extension 2345.

Serious collision in Constance Bay, police seeking witnesses
(Ottawa) —The Ottawa Police Service Fatal Collision Unit investigators are seeking witnesses to a collision that occurred on Sunday September 1st in Constance Bay, that resulted in life-threatening injuries.
At approximately 11:00pm, a Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) was involved in a single vehicle collision in the 200 block of Baillie Avenue.
A 16-year-old passenger suffered life-threatening injuries and remains in critical condition.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone with doorbell, dash camera or video surveillance footage of the 200 block of Baillie Avenue or that observed a UTV driving around Constance Bay between the hours of 10:00 and 11:15 pm on September 1st, who has not already spoken to police, to contact the Fatal Collisions Unit at 613-236-1222, extension 2345.
