Serious collision on Carling Avenue, police seeking witnesses

(Ottawa) —The Ottawa Police Service Fatal Collision Unit investigators are seeking witnesses to a collision that occurred on September 30^th, that resulted in serious injuries.

At approximately 8:30 am, officers were called to the area of Carling Avenue and Saigon Court in response to a collision involving a vehicle having struck a youth on a scooter. The youth was transferred to hospital after suffering life-threatening injuries.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage of this incident and has not yet spoken to police.
