Shooting investigation in Blossom Park: seeking witnesses

(Ottawa) — The Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating a shooting that occurred this morning near the intersection of Albion and Lester Roads

At approximately 2:16am on September 10, 2021, Frontline Officers responded to a call for what was originally reported as a collision.  On scene, Officers located a vehicle with onboard a 29 year old male driver who had suffered injuries apparently from gunshot. He was treated and transported to the Hospital by Paramedics with serious injuries.  He is now in stable condition.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who may have information about this incident. They are also looking for anyone who may have been in the area and may have dashcam footage or security footage.
