Shooting investigation on Queen Mary Street: seeking witnesses

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating a shooting that occurred in the 400 block of Queen Mary Street on October 2^nd, 2021.

At approximately 11:30 pm, Frontline patrol officers responded to a call for shots fired.  On scene, they located property damage to one residence as well as shell casings on the ground. No one was injured.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who may have information about this incident. They are also looking for anyone who may have been in the area and may have dashcam footage or security footage.
