Shooting investigation on Ritchie Street - video of two suspects released *WARNING - SENSITIVE CONTENT*

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit is releasing a video and photos of two suspects involved in a shooting on Ritchie Street on July 6th.  WARNING - SENSITIVE CONTENT.

Anyone who can identify either of the two male suspects in the video, or have any information regarding this incident, is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Guns and Gangs Unit at 613-236-1222 ext. 5050.

Shooting investigation on Ritchie Street

(Ottawa)—The Guns and Gangs Unit is seeking witnesses to a shooting that occurred in the 100 block of Ritchie Street yesterday. Police received multiple 911 calls from residents in the area about hearing shots fired around 1:10 pm.

One man was located with life-threatening injuries. He was treated and transported to the hospital by Ottawa Paramedics. He remains in hospital in critical condition. 

There is no suspect in custody.

Investigators are looking to speak to any witnesses who may have information about the shooting.

Guns and Gangs investigators have determined that there is no connection between the two shooting incidents of July 5 and 6^th.
