Still looking to identify a male suspect involved in West end robberies, with suspect videos

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit continues to investigate a series of robberies from Baseline Road and Merivale Road from February 1st to February 7th. Investigators are still looking to identify a male suspect, and releasing 4 related videos.
The suspect is described as a black male, 25-30 years, 6'0" (183 cm), medium to large build, with medium length dreadlocks. The suspect was wearing dark track pants, black shoes, a black puffy winter coat with the hood up.

Suspect sought in three west end robberies
(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is investigating two store robberies and a bank robbery and is seeking the public's assistance to identify the suspect responsible.
On Friday, February 1, 2019 at 9:56 am, a lone male suspect entered a bank located in the 1300 block of Merivale Road. The male approached a teller and demanded money and also mentioned he had a weapon though none was seen. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene.
On Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 7:08 pm, the same male entered a restaurant located in the 700 block of Baseline Road. The suspect produced a note requesting money. The suspect was denied money, took back his note, then left.
Just 20 minutes later the same suspect entered a convenience store located in the same 700 block of Baseline Road. The suspect approached the staff and produced the same demand note. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of money and left the store.
