Suspect to identify - Centretown mischief

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Central Criminal Investigations Unit is seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a mischief incident on October 14 at the intersection of Bronson Avenue and Albert Street.
At approximately 1:00 pm, the suspect approached a vehicle idling on the road and spontaneously began hitting it. The suspect then continued walking and left the area with his dog.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’10” (178 cm), 200 lbs (91 kg), brown hair, and a beard. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a hood, blue jeans, and black and grey sneakers.
