Suspect to identify in a commercial robbery in Kanata

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is seeking the public’s assistance to identify an individual involved in a commercial robbery on June 3^rd in the 1-100 block of Stonehaven Drive.   

At approximately 3:00 pm, the lone male suspect entered the store, brandished a weapon and demanded money from the store clerk.

The suspect fled northbound on foot, towards Steeple Chase Drive, with an undisclosed amount of money. The clerk was not injured.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 25-30 years old. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, grey pants, black shoes and a blue face mask.
