Suspect to identify in assault on Murray Street
(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Central Criminal Investigation Section is seeking public assistance to identify a suspect involved in an assault that occurred in the 100 block of Murray Street.
On May 4th at approximately 6:05 am, a male suspect attempted to enter a residential building and he assaulted a person who was exiting the building at the time. The victim sustained minor injuries.
The suspect is described as a white male, 25-26 years old, 5’11” (180 cm), thin build. He was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans (see photo).
Anyone with information as to the identity of this suspect or this incident is asked to contact Central Criminal Investigation Section at 613-236-1222 extension 5166.
