Suspect to identify in commercial break and enter on Bank Street

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Monday, February 3, 2020     12:20pm 

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Break and Enter Unit is seeking the public’s help to identify the suspect of a break and enter that occurred in the 600 block of Bank Street on January 21, 2020. 

At approximately 4:30am, a male suspect shattered a side window on a commercial building, entered and took property. He then fled the area with the stolen property. 

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 45-55 years old, medium build. He was wearing a two tone striped scarf, ear muffs and prescription glasses (see photos).
