Suspect to identify in Cumberland Street personal Robbery

(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Robbery Unit is looking for public assistance to identify a man involved in a personal Robbery on July 27th, 2021.
At approximately 8:09am at the intersection of Cumberland Street and Rideau Street, a man stole an undisclosed amount of money from a victim and fled on foot. The victim and suspect engaged in a brief physical altercation where the victim sustained minor injuries.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, mid-thirties to mid-forties, slender build, 150 lbs (68kg) and short black hair. He was wearing a blue collared dress shirt, black jeans, a dark-coloured baseball cap, a white half mask and black and white Nike running shoes (see photos).
