Suspect to identify in Heron Road Robbery

(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Robbery Unit is asking for the public’s help to identify the man responsible for a commercial robbery in the 1100 block of Heron Road on November 13th.
At approximately 10:15am, a man entered a business, took a 50-inch tv and exited through a back door which set off an alarm. Two employees confronted the suspect who used bear spray on them and then fled the area on foot.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, 5’9” (175cm). He was wearing a black jacket over a blue hoodie, with the hoodie pulled up, beige pants and black boots. He wore a black tuque, sunglasses and a blue facemask and he was carrying a black and red bag. (see photos)
